Between Luçon and Fontenay-le-Comte, the property in beautiful countryside, is under 30 minutes from the glorious sandy Atlantic beaches. The area is well known for its year round sunny climate. On the edge of the regional park the Marais Poitevin (the Green Venice), there is a wealth of activities available locally • water sports (sea and lakes) • cycling and cycle paths and routes • tennis • golf • chateaux, abbeys and gardens • nature reserves • markets and restaurants. Puy du Fou, Cognac, Futuroscope and the Loire valley are easy day trips.
