The flat includes a bedroom with a double bed (mattress protector, pillows and blanket), 2 bedsides, 2 lamps, a mirror, a chest of drawers, a painted wooden console, a glazed library containing all kinds of works; a living room facing the garden and the Atlantic Ocean with a convertible sofa futon for 2 persons (mattress protector, pillows and blanket), a coffee table, an armchair, all the arrangement necessary (cupboard, closet with coat hangers, dresser) as well as an exotic wooden library with more to read, a colour television set, 2 high tables, a lamp and various games. In the corridor leading off to each room, a whole wall of racks offers hundreds of other books (fiction, essays, biographies, thrillers, encyclopedias, etc). The fully equipped kitchen (electric self-cleaning oven, microwaves oven, refrigerator, 4 electric hobs, as well as crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, utensils, kettle, teapot, coffe maker, toaster, iron and ironing board, clotheshorse and clothespins, vacuum cleaner, brooms, cleaning products, etc) has a dining corner with a table, four chairs and a floor lamp. Very close to all facilities and shops, Brétignolles sur mer is located between Les Sables d'Olonne south and Saint Gilles Croix de Vie north, and 100 kms/62 miles south of Nantes and its international airport. Once in Brétignolles, follow the direction "Les plages " and "plage de la Parée".
Restaurant of high international standard very close to the property and a large choice of local specialities around; most praised activities : kite surf, sailing and cycling.

The beach lies at the bottom of the garden. Beautiful cycling and hiking tracks all along the ocean through the dunes and the forest start next to the property. Sailing and kite surf schools are in town as well as bike hire shops,watersport rentals, public tennis playground, cinema and night club. Several restaurants are very close to the property. Golf course at Les Fontenelles is about 8 kms/5 miles away, horse riding can be practiced within a short distance too, about 10 kms/6 miles away.The Zoo at Les Sables d'Olonne is 18 kms/11 miles down south.
The famous historical theme Park Le Puy du Fou is only one hour away by car direction La Roche sur Yon.
