With a magnificent view on the ocean and the sunset, the flat called JOYCE, is located on the 1st floor of the Holiday home Key West which offers an immediate access to the beach. It features a large sheltered terrace of 6 m2/65 sq ft where you can enjoy your summer meals, overlooking the natural maritime enclosed garden of about 700 m2/7 535 sq ft. It is tastefully decorated and has all modern comfort: fully equipped kitchen, high quality bedding, all required storage space, great furniture, lovely and convenient bathroom, a collective laundry room with 2 washing machines and last but not least lots of books to read.

The apartment for maximum 4 persons faces west, north and east. The flat has an inside surface area of approximately 40 m2/430 sq ft. It includes a bedroom with double bed (mattress protector, pillows and blanket), a wrought-iron dressing table, a closet with coat hangers, shelves and drawers, 2 bedsides with books, 2 lamps and an armchair; in the living room facing the Atlantic Ocean, there is an original wood stove fireplace and an antique forge bellows of the 18th century serving as a coffee table; there is also a convertible sofa futon for 2 persons (mattress protector, pillows and blanket), 2 armchairs, a double library (works of art and photography, novels, essays, biographies, comics, etc), a colour television set, a mirror, a lamp and various games; in the dining space, a round table, 4 chairs in oakwood and a floor lamp are standing next to a sideboard Henri II style; a fully equipped kitchen with electric self-cleaning oven, microwaves oven, refrigerator, 4 electric hobs, as well as crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, utensils, kettle, teapot, coffe maker, toaster, iron and ironing board, clotheshorse and clothespins, vacuum cleaner, brooms, cleaning products, etc; shower room with bathroom furniture, mirror, wash basin and toilets; integrated electric heating; integrated lighting in each room; garden table and 4 garden chairs on the terrace accessible by a large panoramic bay. Shutters for each window. One parking space on private carpark. Free wifi.

    • Very close to all facilities and shops, Brétignolles sur mer is located between Les Sables d'Olonne south and Saint Gilles Croix de Vie north, and 100 kms/62 miles south of Nantes and its international airport. Once in Brétignolles, follow the direction "Les plages " and "plage de la Parée". Restaurant of high international standard very close to the property and a large choice of local specialities around; most praised activities : kite surf, sailing and cycling. Kite surf and sailing schools, bike hire on site.

    • The beach lies at the bottom of the garden. Beautiful cycling and hiking tracks all along the ocean through the dunes and the forest start next to the property. Sailing and kite surf schools are in town as well as bike hire shops,watersport rentals, public tennis playground, cinema and night club. Several restaurants are very close to the property. Golf course at Les Fontenelles is about 8 kms/5 miles away, horse riding can be practiced within a short distance too, about 10 kms/6 miles away.The Zoo at Les Sables d'Olonne is 18 kms/11 miles down south.
    The famous historical theme Park Le Puy du Fou is only one hour away by car direction La Roche sur Yon.

    We charge 25% of the rental price as advance payment, the balance being then requested on arrival day. Sorry, no cheques, no credit cards. In case of cancellation prior to arrival the advance paiment won't be refunded. Keys of the flat are handed over on site. In order to preserve security and comfort, no additionnal person will be accommodated.In case of disrespect, the agreement will be cancelled without refunding of the sums paid for the rent. The private carpark is limited to one place for each flat.No camp van, no trailer, no caravan. There are no extra charges for household. Thus, before departure, the tenant is very welcome to leave the flat as clean as found on arrival.
