The apartment has been refurbished with a brand new en-suite shower room and kitchen area. Outside the apartment is a large decked area, Sun loungers, garden furniture and a BBQ are all included in the price, use of a patio heater is available at a small additional cost*. As well as the decked area, you will have full use of the front garden, with sunny and shaded areas. There is one private parking space provided. The Property is ideal for 2, but a extra bed or travel cot can be provided for a small child or baby, an small extra charge of £15 will be added for the use of bedding and extra water. 
 
The apartment Contains a double bed, kitchen area, with a fridge, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and other essential items. Bed linen is provided and a welcome pack will be provided for your arrival. The property is Non-Smoking and Not suitable for pets.  
 
The property is an ideal location to stay for many reasons, it is set in a traditional French village and is only 2 miles from the nearest beach and the pretty fishing town of Saint Gilles Croix De Vie plus many other costal area's like Saint Jean De Mont and Saint Hillarie De Reiz been only a short drive away, fishing is available nearby and a 18 Hole Golf Course within a 10mins drive. There are many cycling and walk ways to explore and horse riding schools nearby.  
 
In the village of Le Fenouiller are two bars offering food. Both very French and traditional with a friendly atmosphere. Bar du Centre serves Pizzas, Pasta and Sandwiches, to eat in or take away. Bar du Madelon has a routier restaurant, which serves a set 4 course meal with a coffee and a carafe of wine for around 10 euros. 
 
Saint Gilles Croix de Vie is only 2 miles away, a Traditional French fishing town with a Marina, Promenade, Lots of shops, Bars & Restaurants to choose from it also has a Casino and much more. It also has 5 Markets a week and in the height of summer it also has night Markets. If you decide to visit the beach you may want to sunbaithe or chill in one of the bars or restaurants over looking the see or you can watch the surfers as it is a very popular surf area or maybe join in and have a lesson from the surf school.  
 
Local activities nearby (Approximate times for the below by car). 
Surfing - 5 mins, Golf (18 holes) - 10 mins, Beach - 5 mins, Market - 5 mins, Restaurants - Large choice 5 mins . Fishing - Sea and various Lakes nearby.

The Studio consists of a double bed, wardrobe, kitchen area (The kitchen area consists of a fridge, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, essential kitchen equipment and a Dining area). Everything you need to make your holiday perfect. the en-suite Shower room contains a toilet, sink and shower. Books, games and a TV/DVD player with a choice of films which are available for your use (the TV is only for use for the DVD Player as it is not linked to a aerial). Bed Linen is provided, but please bring your own towels. There is also a hair dryer provided. The double doors of the studio apartment open onto the front garden which you will have full use. Sun loungers, garden furniture and a barbecue are all included in the price, use of a patio heater is available at a small additional cost. We also have 2 bikes which are available for rent at a small additional cost.

				High Season Price:	£325 per Week

A deposit of £75 (per week booked) is required on booking with the remaining to be paid in Euros on arrival. Payment can be made via internet banking/telephone banking or via cheque, details will be given once you deceid to book with us. Please ensure you have Travel Insurance for your stay or we will be unable to let you stay with us. If you deceid to cancel your holiday you will lose your deposit. (We will do our best to change your week/s for no extra charge if we have the availability).
