The Farmhouse available for 2 - 8+ Guests.

Fully renovated to a high standard, the Farmhouse has a beautiful spacious open plan living area with satellite tv. and wood burning stove.
The kitchen is also open plan with large dining table, cooker, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
Upstairs are 3 good size bedrooms. One double, one with a double and single bed and a family room. There is a large family bathroom with bath, shower and w. c.
All towels, linen, duvets and pillows are provided.

La Godefrere has accomodation for 14+ guests in the Farmhouse and Gite. Please contact for more details.

If you are looking for somewhere comfortable to stay whilst on holiday, renovating or house hunting we have favourable rates depending on the length of stay.

You will find the peace and relaxation you deserve as you enjoy the panoramic views over the beautiful surrounding countryside.

Why not wander out into the orchard where there is plenty of space for children to play on the swings or say ‘hello’ to the ever growing number of animals. You can feed the goats apples the sheep grass or the rabbit a carrot or maybe you will find a fresh egg for breakfast from one of the free range chickens!
Depending on the time of year you will be able to pick cherries, apples, peaches, pears, plums, walnuts or chestnuts.

House Rental Rates Low Season Price : £350 High Season Price : £600 per Week

We will need a deposit of £150 (non-refundable) to secure your booking. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer. Terms and conditions: Changeover day is normally Saturday but will consider other days. Balance is payable 14 days before arrival. On receipt of your deposit an invoice will be sent with the balance payable and the date it is due. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to yourselves, your property or vehicle, adverse weather conditions or ferry disputes. The price is based on 2/8 sharing. The house can sleep up to 10 people if the children’s cots are used. There is a supplement of £50 per week for the extra linen when all 8 beds are occupied. Short break, camping and fishing prices available on request.
