The local village of St Germain de Coulamer is 2 mins by car and has a bar/restaurant, a excellent baker/cake shop and a small corner store. 
Large enclosed garden, BBQ, 2 sun terraces with furniture. The beautiful lake at Sillé le Guillaume is 10 mins by car, ideal for safe swimming, picnics, sandcastles and all the watersports. It has a beach area with a shallow section for toddlers and is great fro all ages to swim and relax. Good infrstructure with restaurants, bycicle hire etc. Set in an immense forest it is a beautiful location also ideal for walking and fishing.

There is no extra charge for cleaning or linen. All prices also include heating and gas etc. The cottage is extremely well equiped. There is also an iron/ironing board, a freezer, coffee machine, travel cot and highchair. The freshwater lake at Sillé Le Guillaume is 10 mins by car and is ideal for swimming and relaxing.
