We are registered with the French tourist board and in England with "Alastair Sawday's Special Places to Stay.We have been welcoming visitors for the past 15 years and have kept many contacts with our guests, some of them are now our friends. 
La Closerie is the ideal place for you if you like to relaxe and appreciate the French way of life with good food and lovely wine, if you enjoy discovering beautiful and historical monuments such as châteaux and abbayes,if you are fond of walking, cycling or playing golf, in stunning suroundings... 
We will be here (if you wish) to give you all the good tips to help you have the most enjoyable stay.

    • Regarding the SELF CATERING ACCOMMODATION, our guests are completely independant they have a private court yard and garden with garden furniture and BBQ. A large matured wooded garden at rear to share. The house is a 15/17 C stonebuilt farmhouse and has kept all its character but with modern comfort. The gîte comprises 2 or 3 bed-rooms and 1 or 2 bath-rooms according to the number of people, one large sitting/dining room with old beams and tuffeau walls, kitchen corner. The house in in the village, just next to the baker's which is ideal for fresh bread and morning croissants... The area is rural France, very peaceful and relaxing but you are not far from all the famous châteaux and beautiful sceneries of the Loire Valley - a world heritage - Our region is known as "soft Anjou" (douceur angevine). Our BED AND BREAKFAST ROOMS are also independent, all with private bath or shower and toilet. They are spacious and pleasantly decorated.

    B and B is 55 € per day for two The self catering gîte is from 350 € for two to 685 € for 8 people The deposit is 15 € for a room and 50 € for the gite. We accept English cheques, French cheques or cash. A transfer can also be made from bank to bank, free of charge.
