The house is situated in it's own very extensive grounds and gardens in a peaceful, tranquil setting. The grounds have private sunbathing areas, BBQ areas with garden furniture - tables & chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers, hammock etc. There is also plenty of space for the more active! There is a badminton net & equipment, basketball,football, cricket set and table tennis in our large barn along with lots of children's games and toys.
There are plenty of bikes of all sizes provided free in order to explore the delights of the local area.
You can walk to our local Lake Ballastiere where you can play football, tennis, try out the fitness trail. try a spot of fishing or simply have a drink in the bar/cafe.

Downstairs- large living/dining room with wood burner, English TV+video, DVD + CD players, books & games.
Very well equipped dining kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc and a 2nd downstairs WC.

Upstairs – 3 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single (+extra bed/cot if required). Large bathroom with WC and separate shower.

Separate utility room with washing machine etc

Ideally situated for visiting the nearby Chateaux and sampling the local Anjou/Saumur wines. Wonderful restaurants, bars, shops and leisure facilities, including swimming pool, only 5 minutes drive away or walk/ cycle to the nearby lake to fish, picnic, play tennis, crazy golf, swim etc. Renowned Doue conservation zoo, troglodyte villages, Fontevraud Abbey and concerts all close by. Beautiful towns and villages to explore nearby. Cyclists paradise – full compliment of bikes provided in large barn, along with table tennis, basketball, children’s games and play equipment.

We send you a booking form by email or letter post. On receipt of the completed form and a deposit of 25% we immediately confirm your booking in writing. The balance of cost of holiday plus a security deposit of £100 is due not less than 8 weeks before start of holiday. If for any reason you have to cancel the holiday the deposit and other monies are non-returnable. Clients are strongly urged to take holiday/travel insurance to cover losses in the event of cancellation.
