We send you a booking form by email or post. On receipt of the completed booking form and a deposit of 25% we immediately confirm your booking in writing. The balance of the cost of holiday plus a security deposit of £100 is due not less than 8 weeks before start of holiday. If for any reason you have to cancel the holiday the deposit and other monies paid are non-returnable. Clients are stongly urged to take holiday/travel insurance to cover losses in the event of cancellation.
