Part of a former wine-producing estate, this 18th century stone cottage, attached on one side to a barn, is situated close to the home of the welcoming owners, in small, peacefull community a short drive from ANGERS and the Loire.

Well-appointed, comfortable accommodation with traditional furnishings, beamed ceilings. A sunny terraced area, ideal for oudoor meals, opens to a raised garden with fruit trees and a good expanse of lawn.
