Vacation Rental Description

Le Figuier is a fabulous two bedroom barn conversion, with private garden, terrace with views over open countryside and the added luxury of a hot tub and pool.
Ideal for two couples or a family of four we have installed underfloor central heating, making it ideal for an Autumn/Winter break as well as Summer. Further facilities at Le Figuier include, DVD/CD player, dishwasher, microwave, laundry facilities and wireless internet access. A high chair, cot and baby bath are also available.

Guests at Le Figuier are welcome to share our swimming pool (9.5m x 4.9m x 1.5m), which is open between May and September.

Le Figuier is in the same grounds as our own home (Gue de Ray), spanning an acre of beautiful woodland gardens, private lawned areas and our pool area.

To help you relax and refresh we can offer a number of additional services, such as welcome meals and baby-sitting.

· Sightseeing at the smaller but more local chateaux
· Swimming in the large open air swimming pool at Noyant

Rental Rates

				Low Season Price:	€470 per Week
				High Season Price:	€880 per Week

A 150 euro deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance is due 10 weeks before the start of your holiday. A 200 euro security deposit is also required at this time and is refunded within 7 days of departure.
