Vacation Rental Description
La Boheme is situated in the tranquil hamlet of Leze, near the village of Petit Auverne. It has been tastefully refurbished and is set in its own three and a half acres of fields and paddocks. The cottage has kept its French style and is equipped for modern living. At the rear there is a large covered veranda with table and chairs and the BBQ is close at hand, a perfect place for alfresco dining. A path from the veranda leads between the flower beds and water feature to the lawn and large teak deck that surrounds the pool with views of the surrounding countryside. Nothing shared. Peace and tranquillity guaranteed.
Notes:
Electric heaters are fitted in the en-suite ground floor bathroom and the main bathroom. Extra heaters available if required.
The swimming pool is timber framed octagonal set into a large teak deck. It is 5.5 metres across (18 ft.) and 1.2 metres (4ft.) deep. The pool is heated by a solar panel which in summer conditions will take the pool up to 26-27 deg C.

-If requested we will supply clean linen every week. The towels are not for use by the swimming pool. We clean the property every changeover day & will charge for excess cleaning but never had to yet.

Activities
-It takes about an hour and a half to access the beaches of western Loire, including the fabulous resort of La Boule with its huge curved bay and sandy beaches.
-Local Villages of St Julien de Vouvantes, Erbray and La Chapelle Glain are roughly 10 minutes drive and all have mini markets, restaurants and bakery/patisserie. The historic town of Chateaubriant is 12km away.
