Twin bedroom (90cm beds) ensuite washbasin & wheel-in/roll-in shower, seperate w.c.( in the corridor).
Patio area in enclosed garden.

Within one or two hours drive - South east.
The Chateaux de la Loire (Vendome, Blois, Chambord, Chenonceaux....
Tours (the old town), Ambois (the castle, aquarium), Poitiers (Futuroscope)
Within two hours drive - East:
Paris and EuroDisney.

Paiement :
to order, you have to sign a contract and pay 25% of the rate :
you can do it from bank to bank
You will pay the ballance one month before your arrival (by the same way)

If you cancell :
more than 2 months before I send you your money back except the bank rates.
From 2 to 1 month before, I keep your order paiement.
3 weeks before, I send you back 75% of the ballance
2 weeks before, I send you back 50% of the ballance
1 weeks before, I send you back 25% of the ballance
3 days before, I send you back 15% of the ballance
1 day before, I send you back no money

Deposit : You pay it when you arrive. 200 €, and 100 € per animal.
