Cottage 2 is situated within its own private grassed area. Rooms are at ground floor level with two short steps leading from the lounge to the bathroom, WC, and spacious bedroom.
The modern fully equipped fitted kitchen is in white stained chestnut.
Sleeping Arrangements.
Bedroom : 2 single-beds or King-size double, 2 bedside cabinets, wardrobe, chest of drawers, one single folding bed.
Lounge : Clic-clac converts to a double bed. Built-in wardrobe.
Accommodation is entirely ground floor with easy-care tiling throughout. The main bedroom is carpeted. All exterior doors and windows are double-glazed with externally mounted shutters. Heating is by individually operated electric convector heaters.
Kitchen contains : Fridge-Freezer, Microwave, Multifunction Oven, Ceramic Hobs and integrated extractor fan, Dishwasher, Washing Machine/Tumble Dryer, Double Sink unit, Kettle, Coffee Machine, Toaster, full set of cooking utensils, serving dishes and place settings
The bathroom is fully fitted with hand basin cabinet and storage cupboard. Bath with shower unit. Electric radiator with towel drying facility. Bath and hand towels are provided.
The Lounge / Dining Area has dining table and chairs. wardrobe (hanging space + shelves), easily convertible double bed settee (clic-clac), nest of tables, hi-fi system, wall-mounted TV, storage cupboard, telephone.
Pillows, duvet and bed linen are provided in all sleeping areas. Bed-high light switches in bedroom and lounge.
Large (8 x 4m) tiled Patio, with surrounding low wall and built-in flower beds. Garden furniture includes table, parasol, chairs, loungers, BBQ.
The 11x4m Pool is set in a fully tiled secured area, with solar shower at the entrance, a WC and shaded, covered porch. The enclosure is situated below cottages 2 and 3, alongside the play area. Sun beds provided.

The property is situated 3 miles from the villages of Commequiers and Apremont, 10 miles south of Challans and 10 miles inland from the resort and fishing port of St. Gilles-Croix-de-Vie.
There is dual carriageway from St. Malo to Nantes with total journey time of only 3 hours.
Nantes Airport is less than 1 hour by road, La Rochelle approx 1.1/2 hrs.
