Both properties overlook the 200 hectares of grassland.
We will accept well-behaved pets.

Located on the border of the Southern Vendee/Poitou-Charante in the sunniest area of France, 2000hrs + on average per year. In the heart of France, with crops of sunflowers,the sunflowers in the early/mid summer are most pleasing to the eye.
A short drive to Venice Vert where you can fish, walk, visiting a bar and watching the world pass by, hire small boats, with or without a guide, and punt your way around the small canals and tributaries. It is truly picturesque picture postcard scenery.
Marais Poitevin boasts many nature reserves ideal for wild life enthusiasts and bird watchers.
The glorious, award winning beaches of the Atlantic coast are 40 mins, and the delightful port of La Rochelle which boasts some of the best seafood restaurants around and is steeped in local history. There is an indoor aquarium which is well worth a visit
Further afield you can take comfortable day trips to Futuroscope, Puy du Fou, the best kept secret in France and the brandy houses of Cognac
