Vacation Rental Description
The gîte is for 10 people and the accommodation comprises of:  
Four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two seperate toilets. An open plan kitchen and dining room, with patio doors that open directly onto the terrace and garden. Lounge with wood burning fire place. Intergrated garage.  
We built the gîte to the standard that we ourselves would be 'delighted' to find on our travels around France. It has been fitted and equipped to a very high level of comfort, from new. 
The property is on the outskirts of Tingry, slightly set back from the village road with large private/secluded and enclosed gardens. There is ample parking space and a "terrain de boules".

    		  Low Season Price: €500 per Week
      High Season Price: €850 per Week
         

    The rental prices include beds made on arrival, bathroom towels and kitchen linen. Water & electricity are charged in addition and based upon actual consumption(except during high season where they are included). Housekeeping & cleaning services can be provided upon request. The most popular being the end of stay clean at 50 €. Just let us know your requirements when you book. We can also provide supplies of logs for cosy evenings in by the fire side, at 15 € per niche. All guests are requested to leave a 200 € deposit on arrival. Whilst prices are listed in €s we can also accept payment by bank transfer/cheque/cash in £s sterling should it make life easier for you.
