This modern semi-detached gite offers a fully equipped dining kitchen which includes, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, and microwave. Lounge with a satellite colour TV (English channels), DVD and CD Radio Player. Shower room with basin and a separate toilet. There is a downstairs double bedroom with a double bed, bedside cabinets and a wardrobe. On the 1st floor there are 2 double bedrooms both with twin beds, bedside cabinets and wardrobes. Outside there is a private terrace with table, chairs & BBQ for dining ‘al fresco’. Adequate private parking for 2-3 cars. Internet Access (upon request). Cycles are also available for hire on request. 
 
The gite is located within a rural village setting and includes 2 local bars/brasserie within a 15 minute walk. it also offers a great base from which to explore this very varied region. 
 
On site facilities include two indoor games rooms with 2 full size table tennis tables, pool table, football table, darts and electronic darts. Outside games include croquet, badminton etc and there is also a shared garden with children’s swings, slide and a picnic table. Plus another private garden is available for residents use. 
 
This gite can also be rented with adjoining gite Emerald for larger groups/families.

Bed linen and towels are provided at no extra cost. Bed linen shall be changed on a weekly basis. Towels shall be changed twice weekly.

La Chocolaterie de Beussent can be found in the delightful rural setting of the Vallée de la Course, located just 10 minutes away. Theme Parks - Denly's Park, Dennebroeucq approx 15 mins drive and Bagatelle in Merlimont, 40 mins. Shopping in Boulogne (35 mins), Saint Omer (20 mins) and Le Touquet (40 mins). Saint Omer golf course is within a 20 minute drive. There are various restaurants located around Thiembronne. Local fishing in Merck-St-Lieven. The beautiful beaches of Cote d'Opale is just 40 minutes away. At Azincourt today there is a museum dedicated to the battle - Centre Historique Médiéval that offers a very good overview of the battle, the weapons used. The Blockhaus of Eperlecques is the largest bunker in Northern France and is classified as a historical building along with La Coupole a rocket-launching base. Aqualud is the water-park at Le Touquet and is ideal for all ages particularly families.

Deposit is 25% of the total. Balance (75%) of the total is due 60 days before arrival plus a refundable Damage/Loss Deposit of £100. Payment is to be made by cheque (euro or sterling), which should be made payable to Irene Entwistle and sent to the Forever France address. Bookings made within 60 days of arrival are to be paid in full at the time of booking. Heating supplement of €30 per week is payable on arrival between 15 October – 15 April. Cancellations by the client must be made in writing by registered post to the Owner. Cancellation charges may apply and will be calculated from the date of receipt of the cancellation letter. T & C will be sent with Booking Form. Cancellation by the Owner. If for any reason the Owner is obliged to cancel the Client’s booking, all monies paid to date will be refunded in full. This is the limit of the Owner’s liability.
