The bathroom has a separate toilet, double washbasin area and large shower unit. The mezzanine bedroom area above is constructed from beautiful pine beams, with a new and very comfortable large-size double bed, and with an east-facing window for the morning sunshine. There is also a convertible sofa bed in the lounge. 
 
Le Duras has a completely private and south facing terrace, ideal for relaxing, sunbathing and enjoying barbeques. In the heat of the summer Le Duras will remain nice and cool, due to its deep walls, insulated roof and double-glazing. For the winter season Le Duras has a very efficient gas central heating***.
