Completely renovated in 2003, La Grange offers all requirements for modern day living whilst retaining original features.

Kitchen/diner, with exposed stone walls and beams, terracotta tiles throughout. Range of floor and wall cupboards, electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge/freezer. Large kitchen table and chairs. Ample supply of cooking utensils, china and glassware.
Lounge area: Exposed stone walls and beams, comfortable sofas & chairs. French TV, DVD player, CD/cassette player. Triple folding entrance doors overlooking the pool.
2 steps up to:
Bedroom 1 - front aspect overlooking the pool and view of the valley. Twin bedded room with wardrobe and chest of drawers. Exposed beams, vaulted ceiling and terracotta tiled floor.

Bedroom 2 - rear aspect with woodland view. Twin bedded room with wardrobe and chest of drawers. Exposed beams, vaulted ceiling and terracotta tiled floor.

Shower Room - Corner shower, toilet and washbasin. Exposed beams and stone wall feature.
First Floor: (accessed by attractive separate wooden staircases)

Covered Terrace:
Generous covered terrace with terracotta tiles. Wooden table and chairs. Wonderful views from here of the pool area and valley beyond. BBQ

Swimming Pool:
There is a 10m x 5m pool with roman steps installed in 2003. In accordance with new French law, the pool is fitted with an AFNOR approved alarm.

The Garden: This is to the side and rear of La Grange. Grassed area with badminton net.

We are surrounded by fields of sunflowers and vineyards set in beautiful valleys with the forests of Grésigne and Sivens close by.

La Grange, which is adjacent to our house, is completely independent and overlooks its own private swimming pool with roman steps and large sun terrace from which there are stunning views across the valley.

There are lovely walks through our own woodland where you may spy a red deer or perhaps hear a nightingale or golden oriole and in the evening barn owls are sometimes seen silhouetted in the moonlight as they cross the meadow.

Low Season Price : £450 High Season Price : £1150 per Week
All prices are per week, Saturday to Saturday 2 week minimum bookings preferred July & August A 25% non-returnable deposit is required to secure the booking, the balance is payable 8 weeks before the commencement date of your booking together with a returnable deposit of £200 to cover breakages/damage. In the event of a cancellation, refunds of amounts paid will be made if the Owner is able to relet the 'Property', and any expenses or losses incurred in so doing will be deducted from the refundable amount. The Client is strongly recommended to arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for the party's personal belongings, public liability etc, since these are not covered by the Owner's insurance. Payment accepted by electronic transfer or cheque.
