Vacation Rental Description
The gite has a spacious double bedroom, small well equipped kitchenette, shower-room with wc and basin. The sitting/dining room is comfortably furnished. The gite door opens onto the sunny terrace where you can enjoy your meals, read or just contemplate over the stunning views of the valley. From October to May the gite is avilable as B&B at €45 per person based on 2 people sharing.
Swimming pool
Large infinity pool is privately situated lower than the house and can be accessed through the gates next to the cottage or from the gardens.
Inflatable toys, sand pit and water basketball net are available and will keep your children entertained.
Abri and Sauna
Big wooden abri next to the pool provides good shade and you can enjoy your cold drink while reading a book on the comfortable chair. Dinning table/chairs, large gas BBQ, fridge and seating area with the 3 wooden benches, 2 chairs and small table
We also have sauna next to the pool, which might help you to relax and re-energise both body and mind.
Bedroom
The gite bedroom has double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, miroir&small sofa,free standing fan. We provide bed linen, towels (but not swimming towels and robes to ensure your stay will be special. Duvets,blankets, and pillows, are supplied. A cot and pushchair is available on request free of charge.

Changeover days are flexible outside the peak season.

Vineyards- There are many different vineyards to visit in the area and we keep a selection of details for you to consider whilst you are staying. Domaine du Garinet at le Boulvé, Cave De Donzac, Cellier Du Brulhois in Layrac, Domaine de Lancement at Thezac. Near Bergerac you can find the famous sweet wine Chateau of Monbazillac.There’s both wine tasting and a guided tour of the beautiful chateau. This style of sweet wine is great with fois gras.
