Entering into large lounge(45m²) with inglenook fire place and wood burning stove,dining area, lounge suite and colour television.
Fully fitted kitchen/breakfast room with dishwasher and microwave.
Shower room/WC with washing machine.

3 Bedrooms (two with 1 x 140 cm x 190 cm beds)

Own patio with garden dining furniture and sun loungers.
Shared use of the exstensive garden with 10 x 5 m swimming pool and jacuzzi
