Vacation Rental Description
A warm welcome awaits you to this lovely converted stone barn set in tranquil private grounds away from any noise but still just 2 miles from the nearest village with all daily requirements. The property is set on a hill with beautiful views across the valley towards the village. The building has been renovated and modernised to provide this ensemble of four gites arranged around an attractive pool. Each gite is very comfortably furnished, well equipped and completely self contained.
Facilities
Le Poujols has direct access onto the many cycle and walking paths in the area, and tennis horse riding and fishing are nearby. Just a few minutes by car will find you at the beautiful river Dordogne where you can fish, canoe or swim. For the less 'physical' just spend your days relaxing by the pool in the sun. The lovely pool is both fenced and alarmed and has attractive decking and a paved terrace with sun loungers,and shades. The grounds have a large playing field with football, volleyball, badminton, a basketball net, trampoline and play frame for smaller children. There is also table tennis and boules. The property also has a communal barbeque area and laundry facilities.

A deposit of 25% secures your reservation. The balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £200 is required, payable upon arrival by cheque or in cash. Bed linen is included, towels are available at a small extra charge. Rental period is from 4pm on the day of arrival to 10am on the day of departure. During high season, the changeover day is saturday. Dates are flexible at other times of the year. Please enquire for short or long stay rates. Our gites are centrally heated and are suitable for occupancy during the winter. Additional occupancy may be possible in some cases, please arrange this in advance. A surcharge may apply. Cots and High chairs are provided free of charge, please request in advance. In the event that you have to cancel your holiday, the deposit is not refundable. Refunds of any other monies paid is at the discretion of the owners. Full terms and conditions are available on request.
