Vacation Rental Description

Lavande is a very pretty, light and airy stone cottage full of traditional charm and character including oak beamed ceilings and exposed stone walls.It sleeps up to 5 people in comfort. The accommodation comprises an open plan living diner with seating for 5 and an efficient woodburner. There is also British TV and Radio and a DVD player. The kitchen is newly fitted, fully equipped and includes a washing machine. French windows open onto a large private terrace with private BBQ and stunning views of the swimming pool and the valley beyond.
At the rear of the kitchen there is a hallway giving access to the family shower room and WC and stairs to the spacious galleried double bedroom, (1 double bed).
Bedroom 2 is on the ground floor and is accessed from the living room. It has 3 single beds, is very spacious and has its own en-suite shower room and separate WC. Off road parking is available next to the cottage

Set in 9 acres of tranquil parkland with it's own fishing lake and recently refurbished swimming pool, Lavande is a very pretty, light and spacious stone cottage. Private Terrace overlooking pool and valley with BBQ. All towels and linens included in price except pool towels, British TV, DVD player, Internet access, hairdryer. 5 minutes drive to lively and picturesque C12th village of Montcuq with all shops and amenities, lake and pleasure beach and excellent produce and craft market. Additional facillities include DVD library, private parking and children's swings.
