Very close by are two of the famous 'Most Beautiful Villages of France': the hilltop village of Turenne which commands fantastic panoramic views towards the Massif Central, and Collonges-la-Rouge, the 'city of little castles' built entirely in red sandstone. The remarkable site of Rocamadour and the extraordinary Gouffre de Padirac are well worth visiting. Delicious and charming restaurants can be found throughout the area.
