Petite Maison de Caday is a 180 year old, newly renovated, luxury traditional stone cottage, surrounded by two acres of mature, well-kept tranquil gardens. Situated within this area is an extremely large salt water swimming pool.
This beautiful totally renovated traditional stone built cottage with its tranquil and delightful gardens is set in rural France, with traditional fruit farms all around. With an abundance of wild birds and river wild life. We are only a stone throw from the river Lot, which runs behind the cottage which makes this a must for any keen fisherman. Also the bike path runs right passed us so what better way to see true France. With many historical villages towns, castles and caves in this region this makes the ideal location for a perfect holiday.
In this beautiful well thought out renovated cottage every thing has been considered with a fabulous fully fitted oak kitchen which includes a washing machine, dishwasher oven, convection/micro oven and hob, there is a door out to BBQ area with table and chairs which looks over to our superb salt water swimming pool nestled amongst the delightful flower beds with its lighting around the pool and electricity so you can enjoy your evenings by the pool as well.
There are two bath rooms both with separate shower cubical and the upstairs bathroom also consist a bath.
The bedrooms are two large doubles and a double bedroom with two single beds we also have a cot if needed we supply all the bed linen with it being changed once a week
The living area and dinning area are bright and airy( with sky T.V )with double French doors leading out to the court yard and another door that leds out to a lovely garden that looks over the farm land and a private path for you to walk down to the river Lot
Petit Maison De Caday’s is nestled in the enchanted hamlet of ST. Vite, which is situated in the Lot and Garonne region of France, with the river Lot running at the back of the cottage.

This is the perfect location for families. There are many activates for all,
Which include:
Golf: a number of good standard courses are within 50kms and opening spring 2009 a new 9 hole course only 10kms away
Cycling: The cycle path runs past the property
River Trips: there are organized boat trips from Fumel Harbour along the river Lot
Horse Riding: approximately 10 minutes away.
Park in The Sky: at Lacapellede Biron is 20 minutes drive, where all the family can take part in sky walks and climbing ect this is a great day out.
Fishing: a must for any fisherman as the River Lot is known for its good fishing.
To the above is the opportunity to visit many of the historical town and villages-Cahor Sarlet Domme Penne d’Agenais just a few as well visit the historic Châteaux’s of Bonagil and Biron. There are plenty of local vineyards,together with eating out at the varied choose of restaurants.

We provide all the bed linen and towels. At the End of your stay cleaning of the Petit maison de caday’s-if required is 70euro’s- so please leave the property as clean as you find it. On booking 50% of the total cost is required the remaining 50% of the total cost is necessary 5 weeks before the arrival date. Also on the day of arrival 500euro security returnable deposit against any damage or breakages that might accure during your stay. This will be returned once we have checked the property that it is left how you foundit. Prices inclued Electric and hot water,If heating is needed the charge is:- 10 Euro’s per day If you would like extra cleaning done during your self catering holiday 40euro’s Petit Maison De Caday Long Weekend rent 3 days low season,mid season 342euro’s,425euro’s Including breakfast & evening meal 120euro’s per person for 3 days Also we can provide breakfast or a evening mealto self cater
