The Mill is situated in the village of Cazals, in the 'Bouriane' between Quercy and Périgord, in a park of eight hectares. It is surrounded by countryside and is part of a Quercy-type Mill, amidst streams and fields where there are horses and donkeys.

The Cazals area is a green frontier between the Quercy and the Périgord. In this area where Nature is queen, which evokes beauty, the joys of life and gastronomy, one can paraphrase the saying of Auguste Breton about a famous site in the Lot: "I have stopped wanting to be elsewhere". 
 
 
In an ancient building, it is next door to the workshop/studio of the sculptor Patrick Vogel, who will not disturb your privacy and the general peace and tranquillity of the location.  
 
The gîte, a country house in stone, is of quality and comfortable. It is equipped with a washing machine, dish-washer, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, colour TV with programmes in English, Dutch, German and other languages available, Internet Wi-Fi access in the hosts' lounge, fireplace and card-operated telephone (card required from France Telecom).  
 
The gîte has a surface area of 140 m2 with, on the ground floor, a lounge area, dining area, kitchen and toilet. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed (140cm) and one has twin beds (90cm).  
 
It has a private garden of 150m2 and patio with garden furniture, umbrella and barbecue, and parking. The swimming pool, purified with salt, of 10m x 5m is shared with the proprietor. (Safety equipment is in accordance with the French standard NF P90-307.)  
 
 

Access to CAZALS (46250) By Air The airports of Toulouse, Limoges, Rodez and Bergerac are 2 hours by car. Brive airport is 60 minutes by car. By Train Gourdon station, 23 km from the Mill, is on the main Paris -Toulouse line. Cahors station, 33 km from the Mill, is also on the main Paris-Toulouse line. By Car GPS Coordinates: Longitude 1° 13" 11' E Latitude 44° 37" 52' N The motorway A 20 is 30 minutes away. Take exit 56 via Gourdon or exit 57 via Catus. Access to the Moulin d'Iches From the square in Cazals, follow the road D673 towards Fumel. The Mill is 1300 metres on the right after the lake.
