All bed linen is supplied at no additional charge. The main bedrooms are en-suite with stunning mountain views. There is no lack of choice of seasonal outdoor pursuits in the area; walking,cycling(there are 4 mountain bikes available at the house),alpine and cross country sking (Nistos cross country resort is only 10km away).Un-missable events are the fantastic Luchon Flower Festival and the world renowned Jazz festival at Marciac in August. Numerous local markets take place weekly with their wide ranging local produce. Montrejeau, only 2 miles away, has hosted a weekly market for nearly 100 years.The house is located only 30 minutes drive from Spain, well worth a visit, great value for money; restaurants and of course cheaper petrol,wines and tabacco. The local golf course is only a short distance away surrounded by a lake with it's own beach and popular restaurant. The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac providing a safe area for children and pets. 
There is a friendly local community. The house is looked after by neighbours who are happy to share their knowledge of the local area and provide any help needed.
