Vacation Rental Description
Pyrenees View is situated 5 miles [8 Km] north of sortie 17 of the A64 autoroute, giving easy access to Toulouse, Tarbes, Lourdes and Pau. Amenities in the area include – Fishing, white-water rafting, cycling, walking- hiking and skiing (in season).
The Spanish boarder is approximately 25 miles away.
Pyrénées View is a traditionally built villa. It was constructed so that it could be used as one large house or as two separate apartments. The accommodation is on the ground floor and the owners live on the 1st floor and therefore on hand to unobtrusively assist if needed.
Accommodation Comprises:
· Two double bedrooms, one with double bed and the other has twin beds.
· Bathroom with shower, vanity unit, bidet and toilet.
· Kitchen/diner, with double sink, gas cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine.
· Large lounge with two double sofa beds.
· The lounge has large patio doors; kitchen and bedroom one have French doors, all opening out onto large patio area exclusively for guests use.
· Free wireless broadband for guests with their own laptops [WiFi equipped].
· For the cooler months, central heating is included in the price.

Facilities
Situated in a small village, facing south. All rooms are spacious. Lounge has two bed-settees, patio doors opening onto patio. Kitchen/diner and bedroom one have french doors which also open onto the patio, which has a dinning table and seating for six. The swimming pool, [guests have exclusive use] has a beach area and a dinning area, this also has a dinning table and seating for six. We are 3 miles from the nearest shops and 6 miles from the town of Montrejeau.

Rental Rate Table preview: Currency: Cost per week - UK Pound £ OCCUPANCY RATES Our prices, as stated below, are based on occupancy by 3/4 people. For 2 people there is a discount of £40 per week during the period 17th July to 2nd Sept. 2011, and £20 all other dates. For a 5th/6th person, add £30 per person per week, or £5 per person per night for stays of less than 7 nights. We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance, together with a accidental damage/loss deposit of £100 due six weeks prior to the start of the holiday. We accept payment in Sterling or Euros [please contact us for our price in Euros] We only accept Sat. to Sat. bookings for dates commencing 18th July and ending 22nd August. We are flexible on the number of nights for all other dates, subject to a minimum stay of 2 nights
