The apartment is in an ideal location between two ski resorts Superbagneres in Bagneres de Luchon and Peyregudes. 
 
Also ideal for mountain biking, cycling, walking and visiting the local attractions and sites in the midi pyrenees region. 
 
Large apartment (62 square meters) with balconies to two sides and a south facing terrace with garden furniture. 
 
Double bedroom has french windows onto the balcony and a private shower room and w.c. 
 
Twin bedroom with separate shower room and w.c. in the hall and two single convertible chair beds in the lounge. 
 
Large lounge/dining room with two french windows. One on to the balcony and one on to the terrace. 
 
TV with video and DVD machine and a selection of DVDs and videos for guest use. CD/radio player with a selection of CDs for guest use. 
 
Separate, fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher and range of kitchen equipment. 
 
Washing machine in cupboard in the hall for guest use. 
 
L'Esquerade was a lovely typical french hotel which has been converted into spacious new apartments with private car park at rear and parking available also at the front. 
 
Only 5km from Bagneres de Luchon, known as the 'Queen of the Pyrenees' famous for its theremes (spa). Access to golf course, fishing, rafting, canoeing and lots of other outdoor activities. 
 
In summer, the local park has a lovely outdoor swimming pool, crazy gold, small climbing wall, tennis etc.

    • The apartment has a television with DVD and Video player and we can provide a selection of films etc for guests who would like this. The dining area has a CD player with radio availale for guest use. The south facing balcony has a garden table, chairs and parasol. The kitchen is completely separate and is fully eqipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, extractor hood, fridge. The double bedroom has its own private shower room, toilet and wash basin. There is a separate shower room in the hallway and a separate toilet in the hallway. Please ask if you have any further questions regarding the accommodation.

    • There are two ski resorts within a short distance from the apartment. Superbagneres in Luchon and Peyragudes. 
     
    Numerous walks, hikes, cycle routes start from just outside the apartment and there are lakes and rivers in the area for those who like to fish. 
     
    Luchon has a large number of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops including two large supermarkets just outside the town (1km). 
     
    There are two thermes within easy reach of the apartment. Luchon Thermes in the centre of Luchon and also Balnea near a large lake at Lourdenvielle.
