Mirabel has a choice of either 2 or 3 bedroom properties on site
Laurier is a 2 bedroom gite comfortably sleeping 4 adults. The twin room can be used as a family room so sleeping capacity can be increased comfortably to 6 and also an infant or a single bed can be added to the double room without inpairing space
. Laurier benefits from a downstairs wet room, wc & wash basin along with an upstairs, bathroom which has a seperate shower cubicle,bath, toilet and double wash basins .
Access to the first floor is via a spiral staircase. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities.
Towels and linen are provided - including pool towels, and these are changed weekly

The grounds of Mirabel are 2 1/2 acres and there is a barn area where you can play various games- Bikes are available for use and a small fishing pool in the grounds provides hours of fun for everyone, as you seem to get fish everytime !..
The secured pool area is equipped with sunloungers and a range of inflatables are available in the pool for your use.
The secured grounds in front of the gites provide a completly safe environment for children. They are within earshot, however can play safely without supervision. A variety of swings, slides etc provide entertainment and there is also a badminton net and various garden games to while away the hours the biggest problem we get here is getting the children to go out for the day, as they make such good friends on site and have things to do they dont see why..
The area is fantastic for exploring and for the more energetic the Pyrenees playground provides you with endless choices of things to do, from the gentle stroll in the national parks, to white water rafting, Canyoning and canoeing.....the choice is yours.
The Tour de France goes through this region annually so you can emulate the cyclists and ride the Col du Tourmalet at your leisure, or simply relax in one of the thermal springs, dotted throughout the region.
The Gers is the least developed region in France giving you a tast of what days gone by where like, and people often comment that some villages seem trapped in time, and as a result examples of the Bastide towns and how they used to live are everywhere.
Local markets happen daily, and in the summer you are spoilt for choice with various festivals that happen.
Mirande hosts the Country & Western Festival in July which attracts people worldwide and is a fantastic event. Vic Fezensac then slips into Latino and Salsa mode for a week which is tyring but fun, and these 2 are then upstaged by the Marciac Jazz festival which happens annually from 31st july for 15 days and draws performers like Joe Cocker , Jamie Cullum amongst the stead fast Jazz musicians and again the event is fantastic, trouble free, fun to be at and often free...

Local leisure lakes often a change from Mirabel pool, and if you do hanker for the beach then Biarritz is just 2 hrs away and well worth a visit to see in all its splendour, Also that coastline is famous for its Surfing, so any keen bodyboarders, windsurfers etc would enjoy Hosegoer for a day .

In all the area is fantastic and full of interest. Our location enables you to set off daily straight on course for your chosen destination, simply choose which way your headed and your off , The gers although little known will capture your heart, and its not very often that a first visit here by people leads them to numerous repeat visits and recommendations to family and friends

The gite does not have a washing machine however we do offer this service at a small charge. The barn area hosts various games, table football, table tennis and a pool table for your enjoyment

				Low Season Price:	£300 per Week
				High Season Price:	£500 per Week

We request 50 % of total cost at booking. The balance is requested 8 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday. A £100 security deposit is required and this needs to be in the form of a seperate cheque and paid with the final balance. This cheque is NOT cashed. Payment is by cheque or transfer whatever is easier for the client. Access to the property is from 4pm on the commencement day with departure 10am on the final day. Changeover day in July & August is Saturday, any other time it can be to suit you and the flight/ ferry bargains you are able to benefit from. Any duration of time is possible - long weekends, midweek , 10 days etc...
