Vacation Rental Description
A delightful three bedroom farmhouse in approximately 4 acres in a peaceful setting just 3kms from the quaint village of Lupiac and approximately 8kms from historic Aignan for shops, bakery, restaurant and cafés.

The main entrance opens into the pretty hallway, with colombage walls and stone floor. This leads to the lounge/study with country style furnishings and French doors leading to the garden. Also accessed from the hallway is the open plan sitting/dining/kitchen and utility room. There is also one double bedroom with french doors leading to the garden and bathroom with bath, basin and WC. This is ideal for older or reduced mobility guests.

The steep wooden staircase leads to the first floor where there are a further two bedrooms - 1 double and 1 with twin beds. There is also a good sized family bathroom with bath, basin, bidet and WC.

The grounds are mainly lawned with mature trees, honeysuckle, colourful flowers and a shaded terrace for outdoor dining. The private swimming pool has ladder access and the property has far reaching views across the countryside.

    • The private swimming pool is 7 x 3.5m and has lovely views. Linen is provided with the rental and additional linen can be provided for a charge. Towels (including swimming) are provided with the rental. In the kitchen there is a cooker with separate hob, fridge/freezer, Washing machine and all cooking utensils & crockery for 6 persons. There is a lounge/study and an additional open plan sitting area in the kitchen/diner. There are books, games & videos for your use, garden furniture & a barbecue. Small Pets may be accepted after agreement and a cot & highchair can be provided on request. We also provide a welcome pack for your arrival in case you are late arriving and the shops are closed.

    • There is much to do in the Gers region. Lots of sightseeing of Châteaux, Bastide villages, Museums.
    There is also a leisure lake at Lupiac - 13 hectare lake in rolling countryside. There are supervised swimming facilities, a sandy beach, canoe-kayak, windsurfing, sailing, rowing, fishing (licence required).
    Also, there are some lovely restaurants, and Golf, Walking, Cycling & Horseriding are all available nearby.

    On booking we require you to complete our booking form and a deposit of 25% is due. The balance is payable 9 weeks before departure. We accept payment by cheque, bank transfer or credit card. Cancellation charges are as follows; more than 56 days = 25% 29 - 55 days = 50% 0 - 28 days = 100% There is also a security/damage deposit of £150 per week which is returned to you within 2 weeks of your return, subject to any deductions if applicable.
