Le Clos d'Albray" proposes one "gîte" (self catering apartment) for 3 persons (70 sq.m), located on the first floor of the main building with independent access. The Gite has: 
 
* a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker and oven, micro-wave, dishwasher, washing-machine, refrigerator-freezer, toaster, electric kettle. 
* a living/dining room with TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi, a small library with pocket books in French and some in English and Dutch 
* a bedroom with one 160cm bed and one 100x185cm, a radio/alarm clock. 
* a shower room with toilet (hair dryer). 
* a small garden with a barbecue, garden table and chairs under a pergola, 2 long chairs 
* a car park. 
* central heating. 
* ground bowls and swimming pool available to the guests. 
 
- Household linen (bed sheets, towels for shower and swimming pool, tablecloths, dish towels) are provided and included in the cost. 
 
- High season (July and august): 555 euros/week (from Saturday afternoon to the following Saturday morning) 
- Middle season (April/May/June and September/October): 475 euros/week 
- Low season (January/February/March and November/December): 395 euros/week 
 
Short stays possible (from October to March) 
 
200 euros/2 nights - 250 euros/3 nights - 320 euros/4 nights - 390 euros/5 nights  
 
The apartment may be cleaned at an additional cost of 35 euros if you so desire.

Within 80km around Comps La Grand Ville, you will easily reach, by the mains roads or by beautiful small country roads: the Abbey of Bonnecombe at Comps La Grand Ville (guided visit), some beautiful villages such as Conques, Belcastel, Sauveterre de Rouergue, Najac, Cordes-sur-Ciel (Tarn), etc, the cities of Rodez, Villefranche de Rouergue, Roquefort; the Viaduct du Viaur, the Château du Bosc (Toulouse Lautrec's summer house), the Château du Colombier and many other castles, the Découverte of Carmaux (theme park), the lake of Pareloup (16km), the lake of Pont de Salars (25km), the famous Viaduct de Millau, Micropolis, the fortified villages, the Lot valley, the Tarn and the Dourbie gorges, the city of Albi (Tarn) (78km), animals parks, etc, etc....

    Payment: * DEPOSIT FOR THE APARTMENT: 30% of the rent for a week or more stay, 50% of the total cost for short stays We accept payment by cheque in euros, bank transfer, VISA Card and MasterCard cartes. An official lease agreement in English will be established between the renter and the owner.
