4 bedroomed medieval townhouse on one of main cobbled streets in Foix.

Vacation Rental Description

The townhouse is built on 3 floors. It is dated at approximately 500 years old. There is a kitchen/dining room on ground floor, bathroom (with shower & bath) and one bedroom on the first floor and a small courtyard at the rear (a cool place to sit in the heat of the day). The second floor has two more bedrooms (one with two single beds) and on the third floor there is one further bedroom (with four-poster bed) at the rear and the salon (with balcony) is at the front of the house, which overlooks the main street. Satallite tv is fitted in the salon. The kitchen has a gas oven, fridge, microwave and all crockery/cutlery etc essential for cooking on the premises. The dining room houses a table which seats 6 people and 2 chairs at the breakfast bar. There is also a roof terrace up a further flight of stairs at the rear of the property which has a spectacular view of the Pyrenees.

25% deposit required with booking. Balance payable eight weeks prior to the letting or earlier (inclusive of breakages deposit of £120) Cancellations:- if you cancel prior to paying balance, the initial deposit of 25% is non-refundable. If you cancel after the balance has been paid (less than 8 weeks prior to letting), I will refund half the total rental.If I cancel the booking, I will refund any money you have paid me.
