On booking a non returnable deposit of 20% is asked. The residue is payable in full 8 weeks before the holiday rental commences. A security deposit of 300 GBP(or equivela1nt in Euros) is required in cash on the first day of the rental period. The security deposit will be returned one week following the rental period by cheque,wire transfer, or paypal. Cancellation policy is that following full payment of the rent, cancellation (for whatever reason) 50% is refunded, if cancellation is effected up to one month before the occupation date then nothing is refunded. We ALWAYS recommend clients to effect travel insurance which will cover cancellations. Concerning deductions for breakages, we take a very liberal view of minor breakages and in the past three years have only had to deduct 40euros from one client. If however the Matisse is damaged - well !!

We have lived in the south of France now for over 10 years and consider where we live to be very special.
