    Prehistoric caves & under ground boat trips plus a trip to Andorra ( 90 mins )for duty free goods ... 
    Lots of great walks through the local forest & beyond .. 
    In winter the local Ski-resort of Mont d'olmes is a 40 min drive from the house ,a great resort for the family . 
    Ax-les-thermes is another great Ski-resort ( 50 mins ) & a lovely spa town with open air hot spas for soaking your feet after a days walking or skiing ... just open this year is a large Spa Centre with hot tubs ,jucuzzis
