La sittelle is a one bedroomed detached gite situated on the outskirts of the small village of St quentin les chardonnets. The property has been renovated to a high standard , yet still maintains its character. The lounge area has an impressive Norman fireplace with a wood burning stove. The kitchen is well equiped with everything you would need for a self catering break. The bedroom is downstairs and has a very comfortable double bed with views of the garden looking out on to a pretty well. Open stread stairs lead up to the shower room where you will find a shower cubicle , hand basin and toilet. The garden is private and a barbeque is provided as well as outdoor furniture. You can park your car right next to the gite.
All amenities can be found in the pretty nearby town of Tinchebray(3km).The larger towns of Vire and Flers are only 15 minutes drive away.

    • There is a wood burning stove in the fireplace.The first basket of logs is provided free of charge in cooler months only.If more wood is required , we charge 10 euros per basket. There is a selection of videos and DVD's available in English. TV shows French channels only. Books are also available as well as a selection of board games. Bedlinen , towels and house linen are provided at no extra cost. Electricity is supplied at no extra cost.
