1 Bedroom House in Remalard

Forest View is owned by an English family, and is set in 10 acres, including a 1.5 acre lake, situated next to the forest. 
The site is open all year round & is pet friendly, an english speaking vet is available in Remalard. 
 
CAMPING: 
There are 20 grass pitches for tents, caravans and motor homes, situated around the lake, or in the orchard, with views to the forest, and the surrounding unspoilt countryside. 
We now have our own tents available for hire at Forest view, sleeping up to 6 persons, equiped with all the basics for camping, see below.Toilets, showers and 16amp electric points are available. 
Caravan Storage is available on site all year round. 
 
GITE: 
Available at Forest View is a 3 bedroom gîte for hire (sleeping six people). 
The gîte accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 are on the ground floor. There is an open plan kitchen/dining room, lounge, a down stairs bathroom (2 steps). Plus we have added another toilet & shower. 
On arrival to the gîte we offer a complimentary bottle of wine, large baguette, croissants, jams, butter, tea, coffee and milk. 
We now have a small shop on site, stocked with fresh milk, french bread, ice creams, drinks & a few other basic items. 
 
BED AND BREAKFAST ROOMS: 
At Forest View we also have 3 Bed and Breakfast rooms available for hire. 2 double rooms and 1 twin room. The rooms are en suite, Unfortunately 2 rooms are not disabled friendly as there is a flight of stairs to the rooms. 
Also available for the gite and Bed and Breakfast rooms we have a travel cot and a high chair to enable us to help cater for young children. 
 
GROUP HOLIDAYS: 
At Forest view we can arrange your group holiday, we can cater for up to 12 people. 
What we do is collect you from local pick up points, transport you to Forest view, depending on your requirements, arrange visits, days out etc.  
We can cater for painting groups, lots of stunning painting venues in the area, gardening groups, formal & informal gardens to visit, walking groups, lots of small lanes & rural tracks to explore, bird watching groups, we are next to the forét de saussay, shopping groups, visit different french towns, wine tasting, we are near to the Loire famed for wine, also this area is famous for cider & calvados, other groups ? if your group is not mentioned, let us know.

Git Equipment List: Electric fridge, lights, double gas hob with grill. BBQ, separate cooking area, table & chairs, Freezer, Gas Hob and Electric Oven Cooker, Kettle, Toaster, Video Player, 3 seater sofa. Wifi is available on some of our pitches (small charge)

FISHING: 
The established 1.5 acre lake offers fishing for all the family.From the serious fishing people to the people who just want to 'dabble'. 
The lake is stocked with a variety of different sized fish, such as Carp, Roach,Tench,Pike, Perch and Rudd. 
The fish range from small fry up to 22lb in weight, but there may be larger waiting to be caught! 
 
MINI GOLF: 
On site at Forest View we have an 18 hole Mini Golf course.

WALKING AND CYCLING: 
The peaceful, scenic countryside offers ideal routes for cyclist and walkers. Guides and Maps of the area and different routes are available from Forest View and the local tourism offices. 
With Forest View being close to the Forest, you may be lucky to see wildlife such as Deer, foxes and badgers. 
 
HORSE RIDING: 
There is a local riding school which offers treks through the Chateau grounds.
