This attractive 18th century 4 bedroom house with original oak beams is located in a picturesque, but not remote location with stunning views from every window.
The house is situated in the countryside but in easy walking distance of the village Lonlay L'Abbaye with adequate facilities including, bakery, butcher, well stocked supermarket, post office, bank, pharmacy etc. 2 bar/restaurants.
The house is well-equipped with a comfortable lounge/diner. A kitchen/diner with double aspect views of the surrounding area. The separate utility area contains a washing machine/tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
All the bedrooms are spacious and tastefully furnished some with original wooden parquet floors and double-aspect views over the surrounding countryside. On the first floor there is a shower room, basin and WC. There is a large bedroom which contains a king size bed and a twin-bedded room. On the second floor there is a double bedded room with wash-hand basin and lastly a twin bedded room. All bedrooms contain adequate storage including wardrobes, bedside tables, dressing table/chair, chest of drawers. Beds are made and freshly laundered. On the ground floor there is a bathroom/shower and separate WC.

The spa resort and casino town Bagnoles-de-l'Orne is a 35 minute drive - here you will find lots of restaurants, a lake with pedalos and a golf course.
