Vacation Rental Description
A wealthy Parisian built Le Manoir Sainte Cécile in 1900 on the site of an old gendarmerie. The house and accommodation sits in its own private grounds and lands of 10 acres with mature trees, pond and original pressoir. The property has its own spring well and retains many of its original features.
The Manoir provides all types of accommodation for anyone seeking a warm welcome and relaxing holiday in central Normandy.
THE COTTAGE
A pretty three-bedroom cottage that will sleep 5 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen: a comfortable sitting room with a woodburning fire and dining area. TV/DVD & childrens games are provided.
There is a shower room and a separate toilet. A baby cot/bath and highchair can be provided if required. The cottage is south facing and overlooks the countryside through French doors leading from the lounge to a terrace. The cottage also has its own garden, patio with a BBQ, garden furniture and private parking area for 2 cars.
* A Welcome Pack of local produce is provided with all accommodation
*There is ample parking for all guests and visitors. There are also areas for walking around the Manoir grounds and some animals are kept for children to visit.
*Adult/children bicycles are available on request.
*Open all year.
*Groups can be catered for using the rooms in the house and gîtes/cottage (30-35 people)
* Owners live on site.

- Travel Info: We are ideally situated in the French countryside, by the main road of the D176 close to the Forest of Andaine yet between two the villages of La Chapelle d'Andaine and Juvigny-sous-Andaine.
Coming from Domfront Direction visitors should take the main department road to Alencon; those coming from Alencon should stay on the main department road to Bagnoles. From either direction stay on the main department road, do NOT turn off into the village of Juvigny. From Domfront we are 100 meters on the right after the exit (sortie)sign for Juvigny; from La Chapelle d'Andaine we are 100 meters before the entrance sign for Juvigny on the left.
