Vacation Rental Description

The property is situated close by to the market town of Torigni sur Vire (Monday is market day).
The cottage comprises a fitted kitchen with electric oven & gas hob, large fridge / freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The sitting room has exposed beams with an open fireplace and has a combined TV with video (accepts English standard tapes)& DVD player, a hi fi with CD & cassette tape player. There is a light airy dining room with French doors opening out to the garden. The bathroom has a combined bath and shower, with a separate W.C. There is a utility room with washing machine. The house also benefits from gas central heating. Take the stairs up to the first floor where there are three bedrooms; one double and two twin bedded rooms with lovely views out to the neighbouring countryside. Baby equipment is provided - a cot, high chair and stair gate. There is a large garden with patio furniture and barbecue.
Easy access to the Normandy Landing beaches, the historic town of Bayeaux, Villedieu les Poeles, Caen, and Mont St Michel. Splendid scenic views at Roches de Ham just a few km away. The nearest beach of St Martin de Brehal is about 30 mins away by car.
