All our regular clients would tell you about the amount of effort and attention to detail that we put into making "Les Sources 2", a home away from home, rather than a gite. We would even like to live there ourselves. The holiday retreat that you hoped to find but thought you never would.Whether your holiday interests are recreational, restive or recuperative, you will find most of them, at Les Sources or nearby, You may not want to stray any further than the garden. The south facing aspect gives views, especially from the bedrooms across rolling countryside, where deer, hares and rabbits are often seen along with several types of hawks, woodpeckers and other interesting birds.
The nearby long sandy beaches, facing and protected by the Channel Islands are comfortably quiet, throughout the year.
On the ground floor there is an extremely well appointed "limed oak" kitchen/ breakfast room, with everything that even a chef could need. A utility room with washing machine leads to and a downstairs bathroom with a multi jet shower. The lounge is 30 sq metres of comfort and charm, with a large wood burner to add romance to the thermostatically controlled heating. A formal dining room is there for those evenings when you want to eat inside, rather than in the garden.
There are three very good sized bedrooms, one with a double and the others with twin beds. The upstairs bathroom has a proper bath.
