Vacation Rental Description
Ariane, Daphne, Monique, Anabelle and Cecile are five of ten detached holiday cottages situated in a family holiday park in the heart of Normandy countryside. On site there are plenty of family activities including table tennis, swimming, cinema, under 5s play area, spa and sauna suite, outdoor children’s play area, petanque court and games room. The park is situated on top of a hill and boasts most magnificent views.
There is also a club house on site serving homemade food. There is seasonal entertainment, and the owners live on site to help and advise on sightseeing. A perfect base to explore nearby Normandy beaches, cosmopolitan Granville and historic Mont St Michel. Shop, bar and restaurant in Mortain 8 kms.
All the cottages have their own patio as well as shared use of an enclosed garden. There is also a shared heated outdoor swimming pool and indoor Jacuzzi and sauna to enjoy, as well as a pool room, and shared external games room with table tennis, table football and board games. Further facilities on site for guests to use include a gym, TV, indoor cinema and practice hole for golf.
Living/dining room with open fire. Kitchen with microwave and fridge/freezer. Shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Double bedroom, twin bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds (all with fitted wardrobe). Bathroom with shower. Separate wc. Cot (on request).
The cottages radiate traditional French atmosphere and charm. There are cottages for four people, and six people. The furnishing is attractive and well kept French style. The oak dining table, open fireplace and authentic wooden beams create a delightful atmosphere. The cottages are situated on 15 acres of green land surrounded by trees so you can relax in the shade on warm sunny days.
Normandy has something for everyone. You can enjoy sports, zoos and adventure parks. You can visit the sites of epic battles from World Wars I and II, such as the historic D-Day landings and War Museums. Normandy has many attractive towns and places of interest. These include historic Bayeux and its tapestry, fabulous Mont St Michel and the town of Granville, birthplace of Christian Dior. Bellefontaine Holiday Park promises an enjoyable holiday for the whole family.
Facilities
Park Facilities Club House & Bar serves food throughout the day along with international buffet nights all year round. Eat as much as you like meal prices vary from 4.50€ - 6.50€ (adult) and 4.00€ for a child. Daily activities take place in the club house as well as live music every Friday in the peak season. The activities are for all ages from the very young to the more mature. Playing Field With 15 acres of VERY SAFE & SECURE fields to play in, the children will never fall short of something to do. Sports Room Play real pool or video pool and watch your favourite sport on TV. Spa & Sauna Relax after a hard days sight-seeing in our Healthsuite and pamper yourself. Cinema room - Free Movies on the big screen or play Nintendo Wii. Internet WIFI is free to use in the clubhouse. Entertainment Each evening throughout peak periods family activities are organised including live acts.
