Vacation Rental Description
Two attractive, traditional, stone, highly appointed Cottages set within their own grounds in peaceful, rural surroundings with open undulating countryside, yet close to all amenities. Solar Heated Swimming Pool. Available for rent separately or together Cottage 1 sleeps 7 + Cot, Cottage 2 sleeps 7 + Cot. The cottages are south facing and enjoy delightful views across meadowland and nestle alongside a copse. Enclosed landscaped grounds to the front of the properties. A perfect location to relax in tranquil surroundings. Saturday changeover. Also available for short breaks - Cheap flights with Ryanair from London Stansted or Luton to Dinard. 
 
Downstairs: EACH COTTAGE has Large living area with open stone fireplace, 3 piece suite, Satellite Television for receiving English TV & Radio, Video/DVD/CD (library of 60+ videos/DVDs), music centre. Dining table and benches/chairs. Fully equipped kitchen area with Sink, Electric Cooker, Gas/Electric Hob, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge, Washing Machine. Cottage 1 Bathroom with bath/shower, separate toilet. Washing Machine. Cottage 2 Large shower room, separate toilet.  
 
In Cottage 1 - Games room including Pool Table, Table Tennis, Table Football and Darts Board. Garden Furniture/BBQ available for use in the landscaped grounds. Cottage 2 also has a secluded private garden to the rear with patio, lawn and its own garden furniture & BBQ, great for sunbathing. Cottage 1 Upstairs three Bedrooms: Main Bedroom with double bed, cot and double futon. Second Bedroom with three single beds and sitting area. Third Bedroom with two single beds and sitting area.  
 
Cottage 2 Downstairs Third Bedroom with three single beds. Upstairs: 2 Bedrooms Main Bedroom with double bed. Second Bedroom with two single beds.  
 
To the front of the properties are enclosed landscaped grounds with Solar Heated Swimming Pool - 6.4m x 4m and BBQ. Cottage 2 also has a private enclosed garden to the rear with BBQ and eating area.

Heating supplement may be chargeable for winter/autumn/early spring bookings. Bedlinen £5pp, towels not provided.
