This spacious house is situated in a quiet village set in the middle of the Cherbourg Peninsular at the heart of the Cotentin and Bessin Regional Nature Park. Less than one hour from Cherbourg and two hours from Caen. Within a short drive from the house are such attractions as Le Mont St Michael, Bayeux and its enigmatic tapestry. The Cathedral of Coutances and the Abbey at Lessay. The Normandy Landing Beaches of the second world war. The nearby beaches of PortBail and St Germain Plage are ideal for both relaxation and the more energetic pastimes such as land yachting.

Well equipped and comfortable 4 bedroomed traditional village house set in it's own grounds of approximately 3500m2, with ample parking space for several cars. The house is ideal for family holidays, and whilst spacious lends itself to a quiet restful environment.

The accommodation consist of a large lounge with open fire, well fitted kitchen/dining room, with all appliances provided, allowing seating for eight people. The restored wooden staircase takes you up to the four bedrooms. Two double bedrooms furnished with super-king beds and ample wardrobe and drawer space. The third bedroom has two single beds and the fourth bedroom has a fold away beds.

The bathroom, decorated in warm pastel colours, has a bath with shower over and vanity wash basin. The ground floor has cool marble floors through-out whilst the first floor has restored wooden floors which adds to the overall character of the house.

Linen is provided for all but the fold-down beds. Visitors must bring their own linen to use the fold-down beds. No towels provided. The bathroom has been refurbished with welcoming warm pastel colours with folding shower screen for the over bath shower. Visitors to provide own towels. Large dining table which comfortably seats eight Combined kitchen and dining room with beamed ceiling giving a nice atmosphere to prepare and eat your food. During cold weather the use of a log fire in the lounge is available. Logs can be purchased locally in handy sized bags. Grass paddock to play, relax and enjoy your BBQ. Fold away BBQ for easy of use. All bedrooms are upstairs, the bathroom is downstairs Part weeks, weekends available out of season contact to discuss rates. discount on two week lets. Guests are met on arrival by english housekeeper. Brochures and leaflets of the surrounding area are available at the house.

				High Season Price:	£385 per Week

A booking deposit of £100 is required to hold the booking, this is held against any damage and returned once the holiday is completed if no major damage incurred. If the booking is cancelled within the four weeks before the holiday then the deposit is kept. the rental is required in full four weeks prior to booking date. payment by cheque or bank transfer in pounds sterling.
