Recently completely renovated gite which is attached to owners property and enjoys a beautiful peaceful garden and view.Located almost on the intersecting borders of Normandy/Brittany and Mayenne regions and ideally located for visiting all places of interest such as The Normandy Beaches,Mont St.Michel etc. If you are looking for a peaceful,relaxing place to return to after your days out then L'Huisiere Gite is perfect.Located in a rural setting with stunning views,but only 5 minutes to village of Buais and 12 minutes to Mortain and St.Hilaire du Harcouet and other large towns

All bed linen and towels are supplied and included in the rental price,bed linen supplied for guest to change and enough towels supplied to cover your stay. Gite cleaned once per week if you want. Owner will wash and dry any items if needed. A welcome pack is included ( 3 nights or more )milk,bread,butter,bacon,eggs,tea,coffe,sugar,water,and a bottle of wine. There is a cot for baby and a highchair. English sky freeview satellite TV and wireless internet access. Beautiful gardens with outdoor furniture and covered BBQ area with table chairs and refridgerator ( complete with beer ). A non returnable deposit of 25% is required when booking and the balance to be paid no later than 8 weeks before start of holiday.A 50 Euros breakage deposit is also required with the balance. There is a 10% reduction for 3 weeks and a 15% reduction for 4 or more weeks. Payments methods accepted:- Bank Transfer Paypal. Cash. For brittany ferries travel we can offfer a 20% discount ( at the moment,subject to change )when booking your ferry. Arrival time is AFTER 4pm and departure time is BEFORE 10am.

We are Carol & Bryn

We do our best to make sure you have a wonderful holiday.
We live next to the Gite and are available most of the time if you need anything,but we do not intrude on our guests.
We moved over to France in 2008 from Bolton,England where we owned a 4* residential home for the elderly for 18 years.
We thought we would put our knowledge and experience from the last 18 years into our Gite busines.
Before we bought L'Huisiere we viewed dozens of properties,but non of them had the impact that L'Huisiere did,and knew instantly that its location and stunning views were perfect.
