Vacation Rental Description
Maison du Coin is situated in a country location between Sourdeval and Mortain which is famous for its waterfalls. We are within easy reach from the ports of Cherbourg and Caen as well as Dinard airport. We are approximately 3 mins from Sourdeval where there are restaurants and bars as well as local shops.
There are beautiful beaches a short drive away as is Granville port where the ferries go to the Channel Islands. The train to Paris leaves from Vire, which is approximately 15 mins away.
There are many areas for walking, cycling, fishing or golf.
Mont St Michel, one of the biggest tourist attractions in France is approximately an hour away, and a little bit further away is the port of St Malo with its shops, bars and restaurants.
We are not far from the Normandy beaches with their museums and famous memorial cemeteries.
There are local areas for swimming (indoor and outdoor) as well as bowling.

The owners are on site for any information needed. The gite has a small separate garden area with bbq and patio furniture as well as use of the owners splash pool.

Gite Rental Rates

Low Season Price : £180
High Season Price : £180 per Week


On confirmation of booking, the gite will be held for 7 days only - during which time a £50 or 20%(whichever the greater) non returnable deposit will be required. The balance to be paid 3 weeks prior to your arrival. If your booking is made less than 3 weeks before the holiday then payment is to be made in cash on arrival. Payment will be accepted by cheque in either British Pounds or Euros.
The price includes gas, electric and bed linen.
