Each gite has 3 bedrooms, Gite 1 has a kingsize, double and twin bedded room.
Gite 2 has a Kingsize, double and triple bedded room (bunkbeds and single bed).All bed linen and towels are inclusive in the price.

Travel cot with matress and bedding is provided, also provided is a highchair,baby bouncy chair and baby walker.

Large assortment of toys provided in the bedrooms.

Outside is a games room with table tennis, table football and dart board (adults and childrens)
A large assortment of bikes from 3yrs to adult, basketball net, cricket bats, tennis and badminton bats, croquet and boules.
We have a large courtyard which is enclosed, which is ideal for the kids on their bikes.

There is also 2 large stone built BBQ's over looking the river, ideal for those hot sunnydays with a glass of wine.
Childrens paddling pool provided on request.
Each gite has its own outside table and chairs directly outside their gite, and there is also seating by the BBQ if you prefer.

Off road parking.

We also have Chickens, Ducks, Geese (friendly geese) and 2 cats.

Golf is 30mins away, Zoo 20mins, Shopping and restaurants in the town of Avranches 5mins, Kayaking 5mins, Beach 15min, Biking from 1min aroung the countryside area of La Maison Figaz we also provide the bikes for your use.
Fishing a permit is needed which we can arrange for you, or you can visit the trout lake 10mins from us, 2 lakes 1 for adults and 1 for the kids, no permit required. there is a cinema in Avranches 5mins away, Horse riding available about 15mins away. only 30mins to adventure play park
Only 10 mins from us is a large go-karting circut ideal for kid and adults.
In 1hr you can visit the D-Day landing beaches, or visit the Famous Bayeux Tapestry.
Why not take a day trip from Granville to Jersey for the day, granville just 30mins from us.

20% deposit is required on booking, and the remainder is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival

We require a £100 or 150 euro damage deposit in cash on arrival.
