Overlooking the marina at Port Guillaume, Dives Sur Mer, between Cabourg and Houlgate, the apartment is a 2 minute walk from a range of bars and shops, and five minutes further to the beach. The apartment is well furnished and fully equipped. Patio doors from the comfortable lounge lead to the garden which overlooks the marina and outdoor furniture is provided. One double bedroom and a bunk bedroom, bathroom with over-bath shower and separate toilet. Ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. There is a reserved off-road parking space. An ideal base for exploring Northern France - Bayeux, The Cote Fleurie, D-Day Beaches, Calvados. Close to ferry ports, easily accessible. The seaside resorts of Cabourg and Houlgate with a wide selection of bars and restaurants are both within walking distance, as is Dives Sur Mer with its colourful Saturday market.

A security deposit of £100 will be added to the cost of the holiday (Refundable subject to deductions for breakages and/or excessive cleaning costs.) Changeover day is Saturday. For bookings of more than seven days there may be some flexibility with dates. Duvets & pillows provided. Linen can be hired if required.
