Looking for serenity, calm and relaxation in beautiful green surroundings? Your search stops here! Young entrepreneurs, Manon and Xavier, are pleased to welcome you to their 2 holiday cottages (Gîte).
Just a few minutes away from Deauville, Trouville and Honfleur, our Gîtes are located near the famous Cider Route, a selection of golf courses and many other attractions. There are plenty of activities available at your doorstep. Our 1.5 hectares of land will offer you the tranquillity, nature and breathing space you have been looking for.
Ideally placed to allow you to enjoy horseback riding, exploring the local villages (Pont-l'Evêque, Cambremer, Beuvron-en-Auge,...) and famous historic sites (Landing beaches, Tapestry de Bayeux, ...), our location offers you the option of playing a round of golf or simply enjoying the surrounding beaches. All are just a short drive away.
Furthermore, you can benefit from Manon and Xavier’s knowledge of the best local food suppliers and traiteurs, think cider and fresh sea food, and to top it all off, we have a wide variety of comic books (French) and DVD’s at your disposal.
The cottages hire includes: bed linen, towels, kitchen linen and all supplies to make your stay more comfortable. Electricity is inclusive (during the summer months only). Essential childcare necessities are available upon request (baby cot, bed linen and high chair). Additionally, family board games and a wide selection of French comic books and DVD’s are also available for you. New: outdoor games for children!

- The gîte (90m²), which can accommodate 5 people, consists of a living/dining area (flat-screen TV & DVD player), a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (with bath) and a separate toilet. - The barn (75m²), which can accommodate 4 people, consists of a living area with a stunning view (flat-screen TV & DVD player), a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (with bath) and a separate toilet. -- Each cottage: outside area: private terrace with wooden garden set, large umbrella, sun beds and a BBQ. - Each cottage: includes bed linen, towels, kitchen linen and electricity. Essential childcare necessities are available upon request (baby cot, bed linen and high chair). Additionally, family board games and a wide selection of French comic books and DVD’s are also available for you. New: childrens playground!

- The gîte is for 5 people, the barn is for 4 people. - Additional person: 20€ per person per week. - Pets are not allowed. - Smoking inside the cottages is not allowed, dedicated smoking area on terrace. - Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen included. - Additional daily tax at 0,30€ per person per night (from April until October only). - All tentative bookings need to be confirmed within 7 days. - Details concerning deposits, booking guarantee and cancellations are specified in the rental contract. - Central heating: 50€ from November until March, 30€ from April until June and from September until October (fees are per week). - Cleaning – the gîte is to be left clean on departure. Cleaning service available (optional): 40€ for final cleaning or 10€ per hour throughout your stay. - Check in between 16.00hrs and 19.00hrs on day of arrival. The cottages should be vacated by 10.00hrs on day of departure
