Outside the south facing terrace has lovely views of the forest, it is a beautiful place to sit and relax, and maybe spot some of the local wildlife such as deer, red squirrels, hares and the many different kinds of birds that frequent the garden and if you are lucky wild boar . There is a gazebo with table and chairs, barbecue and plenty of outside lights for dining alfresco. To cool of in the summer months there is a large wooden plunge pool and sun loungers and for our younger guests there is a sandpit, play equipment and a selection of garden toys.
Because Les Deserts is on the edge of 3 departments, Calvados, Orne and Manche it is the perfect location to explore all that Normandy has to offer from the Mont St Michel, Bayeux and the d-day beaches which are all within easy reach of Les Deserts
